We built carts and kiosks for Red Rocks in 1999 and again in 2020 with updated branding and features during a larger park refresh. Exteriors of these food and beverage kiosks were an important factor when designing for this iconic venue. The functional layout to maximize output was achieved by using a U-shaped operator space. This configuration allowed operators to utilize every inch for quicker service and encouraged guests to flow from one side to the other.
